The girls got to ride horses at a friend's birthday party recently, and they were basically in heaven, especially Olivia. She's been asking me to ride a horse forever now, so this opportunity was a dream come true. They were both so excited to get on a horse, and then when they were riding around the barn, they got all serious and nonchalant about it! They'd barely give me a smile when I asked for one, like they didn't want to show their excitement. Ha ha! I wish I could sign them both up for riding lessons, but alas, it's not fitting in the budget these days. I'm thankful for good friends for these kids of mine, and hope they know what a blessing friends are in our lives.
