I forgot all about these pictures and found them on my desktop recently. We spent some time by the river one day last month when I was feeling kind of blue, and it did it's job--I felt better afterwards. Isn't it funny how nature does that.
Too bad now it's coat and scarf weather, and soon the kids will add hats and gloves to their must-put-on list when we leave the house.

Summer completely passed me by this year. Oh well, next we'll be enjoying it with two mobile kids! (And a new niece or nephew!)
